Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Brikal Patel ("I", "me") handles personal data on brikalpatel.in. I am a digital marketing consultant based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

What I collect

• Enquiry details. When you use a form on this site, I collect the information you enter: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, website, monthly ad budget range, services of interest and your message.
• Usage data. With your consent where required, analytics and advertising tools may record pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and the source that brought you here.
• Messages you send. If you email or message me, I keep that correspondence.

Why I use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, arrange a call or provide a proposal.
• To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
• To measure and improve my own advertising, where you have consented to the relevant cookies.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations if we work together.

Consent

I process personal data from forms based on your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting me, and I will stop using your data for that purpose, though this does not affect processing already done.

Cookies, analytics and advertising tools

This site uses Google Tag Manager, which may load Google Analytics and advertising tags such as Google Ads and Meta pixel. These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies. Where a consent banner is shown, optional tags load only after you accept. You can also manage cookies in your browser settings.

Who I share data with

I do not sell personal data. I use service providers who process data on my behalf, which may include:

• Web3Forms, to deliver form submissions to my email.
• Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads) and Meta, for analytics and advertising measurement.
• Calendly, only if you choose to load the booking calendar.
• My team at IDM Agency, if you engage me for work that needs execution, and only as needed for that work.

Some of these providers process data outside India.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of our conversation, and for the duration of any engagement and legal retention periods that follow. I delete or anonymise data that I no longer need.

Your rights

You may ask me to access, correct or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, or to raise a grievance. Write to me using the contact details below and I will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children.

Security

I use reasonable measures to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

I may update this policy and will change the date above when I do.
